* Cantus:  On Tuesday, October 28 at 7:30 pm in Cantus at the Arkansas Best Performing Arts Center.  They wowed audiences when they performed with the Boston Pops in Fort Smith last year.  Don't miss this group when they return this year to share their own exciting brand of music.  Pre-show dinner and drinks:  6:15 pm at the Holiday Inn City Center North Rotunda.

There are a limited number of package tickets available for the Association, so hurry and make your reservation.  Tickets will be available for pick-up at the pre-show dinner.  For questions or to request an order form or place your order, please contact us at 479.788.7920 or 1.800.532.9094 or via e-mail at alumni@uafortsmith.edu

The RSVP date for both events is Thursday, October 9, 2008.  If you are a Season ticket holder or have previously purchased tickets to these shows, we hope you will consider joing us for the pre-show dinner.  Just let us know by calling our office.

Applicants who have already graduated may apply through their alma mater, provided the campus Fulbright Program Adviser (FPA) will accept applications from alumni. Fulbright Program Advisers are not obligated to work with alumni, but will often do so as a courtesy. Candidates should contact the Fulbright Program Adviser at their alma mater directly for his or her policy on working with alumni. If the FPA is agreeable, applicants should know they will need to meet the campus deadline, follow campus instructions for the submission of their applications and support documents, and also make themselves available for the campus interview. I will always have wonderful memories of the 1981-82 school year of the great administrative staff, the cheerleading squad, the coaching staff and the basketball players... the teamwork and unity that makes UA Fort Smith the unique and awesome place for learning and being apart of a peaceful environment as a whole is a plus for anyone that wants that experience. GREAT JOB UA Fort Smith staff!
